As technology changed throughout the years, we quickly learned we could rely on Towne to keep updated on the most efficient practices. Today our office and emergency service department use the custom portal for guaranteed efficiency. We can see in real time when a call came in and when it has been assigned to a technician. If the technician falters, we know we can count on Towne to follow though and make sure our customers receive the highest satisfaction possible by expediting the problem through back up procedures. Towne has set up a very complex system by monitoring our after hour emails and relaying important messages to the after hours employee on call. This allows us to focus on the emergency at hand and provide prompt service to our customers. In addition, Towne worked directly with our software program developer and all emergency calls are entered directly into our customized software. This has freed up approximately 12 hours (per week!) of time from our office staff. We will continue to use Towne and highly recommend their services.
